2009年12月17日，“2009中国政府网站绩效评估暨第四届中国特色政府网站评选发布会”在北京梅地亚中心隆重召开。本次会议由中国社会科学院信息化研究中心与国脉互联政府网站评测研究中心联合主办，全国共有来自农业部、民政部、国家林业局、公安部、证监会、江西、青岛、贵阳、北京、重庆、内蒙古、绍兴等21个部委、25个省的350余位政府网站代表出席，国内著名电子政务专家、电子政务技术厂商及各主流媒体代表约100多名代表也应邀参加了会议。
